Where are all the sellers????

Wow the market is just depleted for most of our first time buyers : We need sellers who have homes and condos valued in the mid 300k-600k range. There is no inventory out there. All of these buyers want to use their first time home buyers credit and need a house. Believe it or not it is a great sellers market.
